Our Process

  • We will take the first step towards a meaningful farewell by scheduling a family meeting so we can guide you through the process of honouring and celebrating the life of your loved one with care and compassion.

  • During the family meeting we will visit your home in person to sit down with you and compassionately delve into the memories and wishes surrounding your loved one’s life and their envisioned service.

  • Through personalised consultation we can begin to outline the specifics of the farewell service. We meticulously plan every aspect ensuring that the final tribute will be a heartfelt reflection of your loved one’s life. Your input remains central throughout, guiding us to create a meaningful and personalised service to truly honour their legacy.

  • With years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of funeral traditions, we bring a wealth of knowledge to ensure that every aspect of the farewell process is handled with professionalism, sensitivity and respect.

  • From selecting readings, poems and prayers to choosing the perfect music, we provide guidance to help ease the burden during this emotional time. Together we will create a heartfelt tribute that will honour and bring comfort to you and your family.

  • We will coordinate directly with your chosen funeral director. From ensuring all details are prepared to liaising with the design team for printing order of service booklets. We meticulously handle each aspect for you to guarantee a seamless and dignified farewell.

  • This is where we will sit down and craft a service armed with the heartfelt memories and wishes that were shared with us during your meeting. With attention to detail, we will put the words together to ensure the service is a true reflection of your loved one, their beliefs and their values.

  • Our role on the day is ensuring the service unfolds flawlessly. Arriving early at the venue, we will collaborate closely with the funeral director to make sure everything is in place. We then officiate a dignified service that runs smoothly and on time. Above all, we’re committed to honouring your loved one’s memory with the utmost care and respect.
